Questions
What exactly is a market?
A U.S. media market (DMA). Every D1 school belongs to exactly one — the market its campus sits in. License a market and every D1 football program (FBS and FCS) in it is included: 133 markets carry at least one D1 football program, and most carry several.
I care about one team. How do I know what to buy?
Search the team inside the app — you'll get its market, the market's rate, and every other school that comes with it. One school, one market, one price.
Why are some markets $3,500 and most $2,000?
Markets with a Power-4 program carry the deepest slates and the biggest game weekends. Most markets — 75 of 133 — are standard-rate.
Can I just buy the season?
Yes — that's what monthly is. Five months of monthly ($400 standard / $700 P4) equals the annual price exactly; cancel after the season and you've paid the annual rate for the months you used. Monthly keeps billing until you cancel — stay on through the off-season and twelve monthly payments run 2.4× annual. Annual buyers get the January–July planning months — schedules, preseason demand scores, What-If — included.
What happens after the season ends?
The off-season is when the planning happens. Next season's schedules and preseason demand scores land months before kickoff — the subscription never goes dark.
Buying mid-season?
Annual purchases made during the season include the rest of the current season free.
I want annual pricing but need to pay monthly.
We do that as a 12-month invoiced agreement — annual rate, monthly payments, one-year commitment. Talk to sales and we will set it up.
Who gets the weekly demand brief?
Every plan includes it. On Scout it goes to your org’s owner; on The Brief you pick up to 10 teammates; on Pro and above, anyone on your team.
Seats?
Scout and The Brief have no seat caps — the whole team logs in at the plan’s depth. Pro and Region include 10 full seats (extras $100/yr) plus unlimited free viewer seats: viewers see everything the org licenses; taking actions — alerts, notes, What-If, exports — needs a full seat.
